Building relationships with my clients is one of my favorite parts of business life. Please
read through this document so we can have the smoothest, most successful experience.

Your initial downpayment (determined per project) is non-refundable no matter
the project outcome. The quote I will provide you via invoice detail, has a 30-day term.
After 30 days, if you decide at a later date you’d like to proceed and you’d like
to apply your downpayment, I will make every attempt to meet these terms but this
cannot be guaranteed.

I prefer to complete orders as quickly as possible. When you make your downpayment
you can expect me to put you on my schedule and send occasional updates, per your preferred
method, of the project’s progress. As my pieces are custom and unique, the project is
subject to any post delays and supplier discrepancies. If you have a hard deadline be
sure to let me know before down payment is made.

Your responsibilities are to provide me all relevant information (such as fabric selection, body measurements, et cetera), within one week of our initial consultation. You are also responsible to adhere to our payment agreement and terms.

All of my work may be photographed, and shared via social media and my webpage online at
my discretion. If you have any need for me to wait to share photographs, please let me
know upon your first payment so we can come to an arrangement.

Once a package has been delivered to the shipping carrier and I have sent you tracking information, it is your responsibility to manage the receipt of your project.
